Sail Martha’s Vineyard is designated by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization (#22-3240911).

Since 1992, Sail Martha’s Vineyard has introduced thousands of Island children, for free, to the joy of the Vineyard’s waters. Children have learned to row, to sail, and to be safe on the water.

Sail MV established and funds the high school sailing team, supports an adult rowing club, and teaches a Maritime Studies program at the Martha’s Vineyard Regional high school.

All of this has been achieved through hard work, vision, and your generosity. Members of the community have supported this work through our summer fundraisers, membership contributions, individual and community donations, and grant support.
