Winter Lecture Series
at the Black Dog Tavern, from 6-8 pm on selected Winter Wednesdays.
On March 18th, Ted Okie will regale us with tales of his sail from Vineyard Haven to New Zealand.
Dinner options are: Garlic and herb panko Cod with mashed potato, spinach, and beurre blanc or Portobello Napoleon: roasted portobello mushroom cap stuffed with roasted red peppers, spinach, asparagus and alfalfa sprouts topped with balsamic glaze (vegetarian & alpha-gal safe). $45 per person including tip. Drinks are additional.
On Wednesday, February 18th Paul Magid discussed the life and voyages of whaling captain Marston Clough as explored in his recent book, Pursuing the Levaithan.
